Senior Industry Executive Brings Wealth of Experience, Will Head Rapidly Growing Firm’s Product and Marketing Strategy

WILMINGTON, Del., Sep. 5, 2014 — Katabat today announces that Ray Peloso has joined the firm as head of product and marketing strategy, reporting to CEO Vytas Kisielius.

In this newly created role, Mr. Peloso has executive responsibility for defining the overall product strategy and market positioning for Katabat, a fast-growing technology software firm that provides global lenders with automation for customer-facing business processes from marketing and customer service to collections and recovery. Peloso brings to Katabat nearly 25 years of executive experience at four global banking institutions. He has particular expertise in consumer lending, as well enterprise operational and infrastructure functions. From 2008 to 2014, Peloso held global and executive roles with the Royal Bank of Scotland, most recently as executive vice president and head of supply chain services for its Citizens Bank subsidiary. He previously led RBS’ North American activities in corporate services and retail default. Prior to RBS, Peloso was a vice president with Capital One Financial from 2000-2008, where he held executive positions across various marketing and operations functions, including default management. Earlier in his career, Peloso held leadership positions at Citibank (1998-2000) and MBNA America (1992-1998) in various marketing, P&L and operations roles.
