WILMINGTON, Delaware – February 22, 2016— Katabat, a leading provider of credit customer management solutions for global lenders, today announced a major software release for its proprietary CredAgility platform. Among its enhancements, CredAgility 6.6 incorporates significant product enhancements to the Unified Collections solution including a mobile-friendly customer experience, customer level views, and ease of customization at the strategist level.
Katabat’s Unified Collections customer web portal is now responsive web design (RWD) enabled allowing clients to offer their customers unprecedented consistency across all devices including computers, smartphones, and tablets – a true omnichannel (and omnidevice) offering. “Our clients are driving significant change in their customer experience strategies and they’re requiring technology solutions to support that”, said Joel Rickman, head of global sales. “The customer interaction needs to be integrated, it needs to be seamless, and it needs to be available to the customer whenever they want, via the channel or device of their choice.”
Katabat’s Unified Collections agent workstation has similarly undergone a significant upgrade, now integrating individual account information with an overall view of the full customer relationship. Other key enhancements include improved customer segmentation workflows, more easily defined placement files, enhancements to dynamic payment programs, and improved data exchanges via standard placement files and ETL schemas. These enhancements enable improved collections efforts, better targeted offers and programs, and greater flexibility with customized file management.
