Wilmington, DE — February 25, 2021 — Katabat, a leading global supplier of debt management software solutions, announced that Matt Hofstra has joined the executive team of the company as Chief Revenue Officer. Matt has over 15 years of experience driving growth for Silicon Valley software technology companies and leading sales, marketing and other revenue generating functions.

Prior to joining Katabat, Matt served as Head of Sales for Quivers Inc, a startup in the eCommerce space that doubled in size during his 18 month tenure. Before Quivers, Matt led sales for DNN Software through tremendous growth and acquisition by ESW Capital. After DNN’s acquisition by ESW, Matt continued to lead Sales for DNN along with all revenue generating teams and operations for a portfolio of other private companies that grew from 15M to 50M in less than 2 years.

Hofstra holds a Business Degree from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo, with a major in Financial Management. He currently lives in Santa Clara, California with his wife, 2-year-old daughter, and another daughter on the way. Matt enjoys travel, playing soccer, and exploring all of the outdoor adventures that California has to offer.
Ray Peloso, Chief Customer Officer at Ontario Systems, brings 25 years of diverse consumer lending experience, having held executive leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, Capital One, Citibank, MBNA and Katabat. Ray’s prior expertise in consumer credit and lending underpins a clear vision and understanding of the challenges faced by our clients in today’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
