No one expects to be in financial hardship. But if it happens, are you and your customers prepared? The Australian Financial Security Authoring (AFSA) reported that during the fiscal year 2016-2017, there was a 2.1% year-over-year increase in personal insolvencies from 2015-2016. AFSA also noted the excessive use of credit and unemployment or loss of income continue to top the list of symptoms leading to financial hardship.
