In this newly created role, Richardson assumes executive responsibility for all Katabat activities outside of North America. With Katabat’s growing global presence and rapidly evolving suite of solutions, he will define the strategic direction of the product and marketing investment as Katabat expands.

Richardson brings a wealth of industry leadership experience to Katabat, having held key executive positions in several Australian banks. He started his career in credit risk management at BankWest, where he subsequently held numerous positions of increasing responsibility. Richardson also held leadership roles at Commonwealth Bank, where his last position was head of collections operations & business intelligence. In 2014 Richardson joined Flexigroup (FXL), where he was head of shared services leading the transformation of the operations business.
Richardson has a graduate diploma in business and was a member of the Australian national water polo team from 2001-2006.
