8 January 2014 –Katabat today announced that CredAgility, its collections and workflow management system, has been selected to power Phillips & Cohen Associates’ newly-launched Estate-Serve℠ portal for the UK.
Phillips & Cohen Associates is the UK’s only dedicated probate recovery specialist and the UK arm of the industry’s only multinational probate recovery specialist. Estate-Serve is the industry’s first comprehensive on-line portal for consumer self-service estate account management. Following a successful pilot launch in the US, it is now available in the UK.
Estate-Serve enables Executors, Administrators and other authorised Individuals (“Estate Managers”) to manage the estate account process in a secure online environment. It includes features such as balance verification, complete account negotiation and resolution as well as access to information and support resources.
Katabat offers comprehensive system-based customer experience management solutions for lenders across a multitude of industries. Its CredAgility platform enables automation of customer-facing business processes.
Howard Enders, Esq., President at Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., said, “Estate-Serve is more than just an online portal… it provides Estate Managers unprecedented access and functionality without having to speak to an agent. This alternative channel of communication gives Estate Managers a choice of contact points while protecting the rights and revenue of our clients in their probate portfolios.”
Nick Cherry, Managing Director of Phillips & Cohen Associates added, “Powerful, flexible system capabilities were paramount to being able to effectively develop and deploy a system of this scope. We evaluated a number of systems and chose Katabat’s CredAgility because it was very easy to customise and add new features on an ongoing basis in order to deliver the best possible experience to our customers. We are excited to offer our clients and their customers an online solution with such a range of functionality and custom capabilities.”
Vytas Kisielius, CEO of Katabat, said, “CredAgility can be customised to fit the business needs of all kinds of organisations – from banks to utilities – and it’s a testament to the configurability of the solution that it can be so easily deployed in such a specialist service like probate estate management. Today many people prefer to manage financial issues online and we offer a flexible framework which can be configured to suit the exact need of our customers.”
Estate-Serve was previewed by Phillips & Cohen at the Collections/Debt Sale & Purchase Conference in November in Manchester, and officially launched in the UK on December 1st. The self-service portal will become available in both Australia and Canada by early 2014.
